• Q: How can I participate in Undawn's Closed Beta Test?

  A:

  Players can sign up to join the closed beta test starting on February 23, 2023. On March 30, 2023 we will select from the first set of survivors who completed the registration form on the official website to join the closed beta test, and send out an email with detailed instructions on how to download the game client and join the game. Please check your email for the latest updates.

• Q: When is the test?

  A:

  The closed beta test is currently set to start on April 6th, 2023. The start date and length of the closed beta test is subject to change. Stay up to date with the latest updates on this by visiting the official Undawn website or any of our social channels.

• Q: When will I receive my closed beta Test rewards?

  A:

  Players who have earned the closed beta test rewards by meeting the reward requirements will be able to claim their rewards by logging onto the game when it has officially released. Players will need to use the same App Store/Google Play Store/Twitter/Facebook account that was used to register for the closed beta test. Rewards will need to be claim within the first 30 days after the game's official release.
  
  If you use an email address (when creating your account when the game officially launches) that differs from the email address used with the account you created for the closed beta account, you may not be able to claim your rewards.

• Q: Can I use the same account when Undawn officially launches?

  A:

  Progress will be reset for all Survivors at the end of the closed beta test. However, those who participate in the test and reach specific milestones will be able to receive exclusive rewards. The rewards will be redeemable after the game has officially launched by using the same App Store/Google Play Store/Twitter/Facebook account used to register for the closed beta test.
  If you use an email address (when creating your account when the game officially launches) that differs from the email address used with the account you created for the closed beta account, you may not be able to claim your rewards.

• Q: What are the system requirements?

  A:

  iOS: iOS 11.0 or above
  Android: Android 7.0, Memory 3GB of RAM or above. For CPU, we recommend Snapdragon 650 or above, Kirin 712 or above, Helio P60 or above.
  PC: Processor: Intel Core i3 4160, Memory: 8 GB RAM, Graphics Card: Nvidia GTX 660, Storage: 10 GB of available space
  Note: The system requirements mentioned above are for the closed beta test only and are subject to change when Undawn is officially released.
  

• Q: Why am I unable to open the recruitment web page?

  A:

  This closed beta test is currently only available for those who reside in Japan or North America (United States and Canada).

• Q: What should I do if I encounter an issue in-game during Undawn's closed beta test?

  A:

  If you encounter an in-game issue during Undawn's closed beta test, please contact the official Undawn support team at support_us@undawn.game. Responses generally take 1-3 business days.
  Additional Closed Beta Test Details:
  • The closed beta test will not include any monetized content or features.
  • The closed beta test does not represent the final quality of the game.
  • During the closed beta test, there might be unannounced maintenance.

  • In order to participate in the test, you will need to download the official TestFlight App from Apple in addition to Undawn's App.
  • As a result, please set your email as "@email.apple.com" to receive the email from TestFlight.
  • SMS/MMS may not be able to receive the test email. Please use a valid email outside SMS/MMS.
